These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Medi Spa Calgary website, booking system, and in-clinic services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility:
All clients must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian for treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service for medical or safety reasons.

Appointments and Cancellations:
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Policy:
We accept most major credit cards, debit, and cash. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferable upon management approval.

Treatment Disclaimer:
Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed. A consultation will always be provided to discuss suitability. We may decline to perform a service if it poses a risk to your health or safety.

Code of Conduct:
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of services.
